ALABAMA TORNADO! Help Mercy Chefs provide hot meals and relief to victims and volunteers

A powerful tornado ripped through Fultondale, Alabama, leaving one dead and several injured along a 10-mile path of damage and destruction. One local resident was quoted in USA Today as saying it "looks like a bomb went off."

Mercy Chefs is responding by deploying our mobile kitchen that is based in nearby Birmingham. Our team is assessing the damage to determine our specific response as we serve victims, first responders, debris removal crews and other volunteers as needed.

We are issuing this call to all our team members as we respond to the first disaster of 2021. Just $50 helps fund 20 meals for disaster victims; $100 helps feed 40 people. Perhaps the Lord has blessed you, and you can sponsor 100 ($250), 200 ($500), or even 400 meals ($1,000). Please use the form below to make your best possible, tax-deductible gift to Mercy Chefs to help us respond to this disaster while we continue other vital efforts. Thank you and God bless you!
